Volunteer Duties in the office:
· Answer phone and take messages.
· Database entry
· Composing thank-you letter to donors.
· Painting
· Writing- Volunteer's Voice slot in JSC newspaper. Volunteers write about JSC experiences.
· Water plants in both bathrooms and in lobby
· Organize and update flyer table and take down expired posters
· Hang/distribute posters/flyers
· Filing
· Office organizing - maximize shelf space
SHOWS
· Helping to erect risers.
· Striking sets
· Concession stand
· Audience control
· Getting people to sign up on mailing lists.
PROMOTION
· Posting flyers and posters around town.
· Telling friends and colleagues about JSC shows. Spreading the word
CREATIVE
· Painting- We've got the paint, with just an hour or two and we can get some walls
